Class of ’72, he tells himself from a young age as determined to make his way in the world of international cuisines. Coming out of Oristano Hotel School in ’88, he wants to work right away, learn from the greats and wants to tell the story of his land and its traditions. He travels around Liguria with master Gianni Malagoli
to whom he owes his initial growth and the consolidation of his passion.
He makes international experiences from Hong Kong to Zurich to Antigua. He measures himself in high-level kitchens such as Villa Crespi with chef Natale Bacchetta and back in Sardinia he collaborates with island talents.
His story, his experiences bring him back to his land from which everything started and he rediscovers his philosophy of cooking made of genuineness and raw materials.
